Get involved in PETRARCA’s work!

 

The Academy sees itself as a forum for exchange and collaboration on current issues relating to the relationship between people and the landscape. Whether, for example, you have questions or concerns about your own farm or garden, wish to organise a seminar for your staff, or would like to take part in our events – there are various ways in which you can play an active role. It is also possible to undertake your own study or research project, which we can support.

 

We warmly welcome active engagement and collaboration on PETRARCA’s substantive and methodological approach. Anyone who feels connected to PETRARCA’s mission – whether in their day-to-day work, in individual projects or other activities – and wishes to put this into practice is welcome to get involved, regardless of whether they are a member.

As an independent, non-governmental organisation, the European Academy for Landscape Culture relies on voluntary donations and project funding. You can support the Academy’s activities through regular membership fees, project-related funding, and voluntary donations.

Through your membership, you are supporting in particular:

​

· The publication of the Petrarca Newsletter, featuring event announcements and reports,

· The management and maintenance of the website www.petrarca.info

· The organisation of thematic meetings, seminars and conferences,

· Research and methodological groundwork on Goethean

landscape research,

The membership fee is 15 euros per month for individuals; organisations and institutions pay 50 euros per month. These amounts are to be regarded as minimum contributions. A higher contribution, at your own discretion, supports the Academy’s activities, which are financed exclusively through voluntary donations.

Donations are tax-deductible; the PETRARCA Academy for Landscape Culture is a charitable organisation.
